Deutsche Telekom sells T-Mobile Netherlands

Reuters was ahead of the competition on Sept 7 when Deutsche Telekom sold its Dutch unit T-Mobile Netherlands for 5.1 billion euros, while increasing its stake in T-Mobile US. 

Market Impact

The news lifted the shares of Deutsche Telekom by 2.4%, as the price was higher than expected.
