France’s PPR jumps 10 percent after Reuters interview

Shares in leading French department store group PPR rose by as much as 10 percent on Nov. 27 after a Reuters interview with the head of the UCV French retail sector organisation, who said the sector had good hopes for Christmas sales. Several analysts and traders cited the interview as the reason for the share rise and a broker put details of the interview, with a credit, in an email to clients.
