Reuters captures drone footage of devastation in Caribbean after Tropical Storm Laura

Reuters captured the devastation in the Dominican Republic after Tropical Storm Laura tore through the Caribbean, delivering stunning drone and ground-level footage of flooded residential areas. One of the worst affected areas in the country is Azua Compostela, where residents waded through waist-deep waters to salvage whatever belongings they could from homes. Laura has left more than a million in the country without electricity, forced more than a thousand to evacuate and caused several homes along the Isabela River to collapse, authorities said.
