Reuters exclusively reported that Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and chemical producer OCI N.V., which is backed by Egyptian businessman Nassef Sawiris, are weighing an initial public offering of their fertilizer joint venture Fertiglobe. According to Reuters sources, the deal could be at least $1 billion, and the listing could be next in line after ADNOC completes the IPO of its drilling business.
