Reuters exclusively reports France to hike crisis response by 10 billion euros

Reuters exclusively reported that the French government is set to raise the total amount of its crisis-response package by 10 billion euros ($11 billion), the second increase in days, when it updates its 2020 budget. The government more than doubled the expected cost to 100 billion euros last week, but extending a nationwide lockdown means that sum is already out of date and the new revision shows how the costs of bailing out the economy are ballooning
