Reuters exclusively reports hand wash stations provider United Site up for sale for $4 billion after COVID-19 boost

Reuters reported exclusively that portable toilets vendor United Site Services Inc is exploring a sale that could value it at around $4 billion, including debt, as its hand wash stations business sees strong demand during the pandemic. The Westborough, Massachusetts-based company was valued at just $1.15 billion when buyout firm Platinum Equity LLC acquired it four years ago.
