Reuters exclusively reports scientists say India government ignored warnings amid coronavirus surge

Reuters exclusively reported how top Indian scientists had warned Prime Minster Narendra Modi’s government back in March of a new and more contagious variant of the coronavirus spreading through the world’s second most populous country.
