Reuters reveals India, Pakistan held secret talks to break impasse over Kashmir

Reuters broke news on April 14 that top intelligence officials from India and Pakistan met in Dubai for secret negotiations to cool military tensions over the mountain region of Kashmir. The following day, the ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the United States confirmed his government had been involved in arranging the talks in January.
