Reuters reveals more than 15,000 people from Myanmar sheltering in Indian border state

Reuters was the first to report that more than 15,000 people from Myanmar have now sought refuge in northeastern India as fight has intensified in Myanmar following a coup. The scoop builds on Reuters’ earlier reports on how ousted lawmakers from Myanmar had decamped to India and were working on challenging the junta from here, and how a secret network of volunteers was helping hundreds of Myanmar police to flee to India.
