Reuters exclusively reported that A Delaware judge tossed out Elon Musk’s record-breaking $56 billion Tesla (TSLA.O), pay package on Tuesday, calling the compensation granted by the EV maker’s board “an unfathomable sum” that was unfair to shareholders.
