Reuters reported exclusively that Indian Finance Minister Arun Jaitley was unlikely to continue in the top job steering Asia’s third-largest economy as Prime Minister Narendra Modi begins his second term. Two days later, Jaitley announced he needed time to recover from ill health and asked not to be included in the cabinet.
