Reuters first to report UK Attorney General’s view on revised Brexit deal

Reuters was first to report legal advice from United Kingdom Attorney General Geoffrey Cox that the changes to the Brexit deal did not give Britain the legal means of exiting the so-called backstop arrangement unilaterally. The news sent sterling down 2 cents against the dollar.
