Markets moved after Reuters interviewed Eurogroup chairman Jeroen Dijsselbloem the day after a Cyprus bailout was finally agreed. Sparking political uproar, Dijsselbloem said that the Cyprus bailout was the shape of things to come, banks would have to fend for themselves and countries would have to take responsibility and not expect that European taxpayers would automatically ride to the rescue.
