In this report, fellow researchers spoke to senior editors and executives from 7 internationally oriented digital-born news media: Brut, Business Insider, De Correspondent, HuffPost, Mashable, Quartz and Vice. They examined their business and editorial strategies to show how these media have pursued a global strategy oriented towards securing audience growth first to later generate profits from advertizing.
