Reuters ahead on Banco do Brasil bank deal

Reuters was ahead on Nov. 20 with news of the $2.25 billion deal by Banco do Brasil to buy Nossa Caixa 9 minutes before Bloomberg, and half an hour before Dow Jones. Banco do Brasil’s shares lost 14.3 percent and Nossa Caixa gained 22.81 percent when the local market reopened after a holiday.
