Reuters ahead with Thailand’s surprise rate cut

Reuters led by three seconds on the Bank of Thailand’s surprise decision in February to cut its policy rate, and by one second on the detail that the cut would be by 25 basis points to a record low. Reuters was also ahead by more than a minute and a half on the central bank’s warning that this year’s GDP growth may fall short of forecast.
