Reuters reveals Samsung, SK Hynix to be spared brunt of China chip crackdown by U.S.

Reuters was first to report details of the new export curbs the Biden administration plans to impose on China’s burgeoning memory chip industry, part of a broader effort to hobble Beijing’s technological ambitions and military advances.
